Signifer is built around one person: Pasquale Emanuele.

A designer with years of experience building identities, visual systems and brands for the world of sport.

What started under the name PascalHugo grew through hundreds of projects, collaborations and conversations with clubs, organisations and people who care deeply about identity.

Signifer is the next step of that journey: a more focused approach to branding, with greater attention to strategy, direction and the world surrounding each identity.

Football is where Signifer comes from, and where its deepest experience lies.

Years spent working with clubs, supporters, players and organisations have shaped a particular understanding of what a football identity needs to do.

It has to work on a crest, on a shirt, in a stadium, on a screen and in the hands of the people who represent it.

Football remains the core. But the thinking behind it is not limited to one sport.

Sport is bigger than a single game. Different disciplines have different cultures, audiences and visual languages.
